Good Chicken and Rice Recipes

I just found a good one here. Probably better than the one I've given below.

And let me add my own which is great for a quick meal.

--Enough chicken pieces to fill a dish. Can be any combinations of thighs, legs, breasts, skinless or not.
--1 can mushroom soup
--1 packet onion soup mix
I keep these in stock from Sam's
--1.5 Cups water
--1 cup rice
Dump them in no particular order into a 9x13 casserole dish (but even this is negotiable),
cover and bake for about 30-45 min at 350. Bake until bubbly, but since I usually have foil on it is difficult to tell, so I bake until 30 min. and if it isn't bubbling I let it bake uncovered.
