Rotisserie Chicken

I have started buying 1 Rotisserie Chicken a week. This has been a great help for lunches and dinners. Immediately when I get home, I debone it because it is easier to do when the chicken is warm. I put the chicken in a ziplock. It is available for soups, salads, or just to cut into small peices for Caleb and Elise. The chicken costs about $5.00. But I use it throughout the week, so it is worth it not to have to cook it myself.

The other reason this is helpful, is it boosts my protein intake. Women typically don't get enough protein. I've been told (but, I know, we are told so much) that sugar cravings signal a need for protein.
