I have this stainless steel bowl that isn't much good for mixing things because it is shallow and stuff splatters everywhere when I use a mixer with it.
But I just learned today that it is perfect for biscuits.
(I have this game where I try to use as few a dishes in fixing dinner as possible. Eric would carry this out to a point where it becomes unsanitary. If it were up to him we would all share the same plate for dinner and eat in shifts.)
I can mix the ingredients together in the bowl, knead the dough, and then instead of rolling it out onto my countertop and making a big mess, I just squish it onto the bottom of the bowl. I can cut the biscuits out of it from there.
Eric will be so proud of me.
