I'm on a roll now . . .

Berry Banana Shake

1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
.5 cups frozen blue berries
protein powder
plain yogurt
(some people even add a a couple of teaspoons of olive oil)
little water and a few ice cubes

This is enough for two people. I also freeze leftovers as popsicles.
